About Cari Trotter

Cari Trotter lives a real life and believes big in a real Savior.  When asked how all “this” came about, she is the first to say she’s just a girl who stuck her nose in the Bible looking for real “feet on the pavement” answers. Answers that unlocked her heart and her passion and her understanding of a God that was larger than she could have ever imagined.

Cari speaks from her toes, passionate about the life change and freedom that can be had from her Savior.  Her vision to see every woman released as a sharp arrow in their world and for their Savior is the driving force of why she pushes so hard until everyone knows…until everyone knows the freedom that Jesus brings.  Cari adores being a coach’s wife to her Coach Man and is extremely passionate about the three #sharparrows they are in the throws of raising together as a #trottertribe.  Cari speaks, writes, and teaches to audiences of every generation in deep bible principles related back to real life settings.  She is the Founder of Becoming Ministries.

Arrows LIVE is an event vision of Becoming Ministries God forged in Cari’s heart to see women of all generations GATHER under the mantle of unique venue spaces, GROW in their affection of God’s Word, and GO…equipped and inspired to live out beautifully brave lives of faith.

Worship Leaders

Haley March

Haley March grew up in Birmingham, Alabama singing with her sisters from the time she was “knee high to a grasshopper” as they would say back home.  Her love of music and theatre led her to pursue degrees in both at Baylor University, and eventually a move to New York City.  Haley worked for almost 10 years in Off-Broadway, regional and touring productions before relocating to Dallas with her husband, Ramsey.   She is the mother of three beautiful kids and uses her gifts wherever the Lord leads.

John Heinrich

John Heinrich is a native of the state of Indiana and his music has been influenced by his roots. Growing up in the heartland and shaped by artists such as John Cougar Mellencamp, U2, Vertical Horizon, John Mayer and the Counting Crows, John brings an honest, thought provoking view of life in his songs. Much of his music is influenced by life experiences and gives insight into life, love, and redemption. John has teamed up with Cary Pierce (of the Band Jackopierce) to produce his debut album Still Fallin’. The album has a singer song-writer feel with an infusion of rock and rhythm that will keep your foot tapping.  The foundation of John’s music is the acoustic guitar and blends acoustic melodies with a pop vibe.

Music Guests

Matt & Megan Magill

It never should have lasted; Matt and Megan should not still be married.    They shouldn’t be living, much less singing, together in harmony after all these years.   And yet God’s grace has, is and will continue to transform The Magill’s marital misery into ministry.  18 years after meeting on the stage they have learned to share the spotlight and refract the glory to God’s grace in their marriage.

After a decade in New York City, The Magill’s relocated to Tyler, TX in 2010 and formed B3 Ministries, a non-profit ministry that seeks to glorify God at the intersection of faith, art and family.   In addition to leading multiple marriage groups and performing regularly around Texas and beyond, Matt and Megan also offer couples counseling, crisis counseling and pre-marital counseling.

Speaker Panel

Heather MacFadyen

Heather MacFadyen has been married since the turn of the century (sounds more impressive than it is). She is the mother of four young boys (born exactly, to the day, within 6 1/2 years . . . just like she’d always planned). Heather hosts a weekly podcast (“The God Centered Mom Podcast”)-interviewing fellow journeyers on the topic of motherhood. On social media she chronicles the colorful chaos of “relentlessly replacing ‘me’ with ‘He’” — sharing the daily struggle of remaining God-centered while mothering four wild-at-heart, energetic, and often stubborn boys. Her heart is for moms to know God’s great delight over them. And how He sees the unseen eternal work they do every day.

Morgan Eseke

Morgan Eseke is passionate about helping all ages of women experience a deep, meaningful relationship with Jesus Christ and to fall in love with God’s Word. She writes regularly about faith, relationships and career at In 2009, Morgan founded CoffeeTalk in Norman, Oklahoma, a multigenerational mentorship ministry focused on providing biblical wisdom and leadership development for all ages of women— from middle schoolers to moms. She and her husband, David, live in Dallas, TX and are active members of Watermark Community Church. They mentor pre-married couples through “Merge” and Morgan is actively involved in discipling grieving teens through a ministry called Shift. When she is not writing, shopping, or cheering for her Oklahoma Sooners, Morgan works as a marketing professional and organizational health consultant at Credera, a management-consulting firm.

Andrea Howey

Andrea Howey uses hand lettering to share the Word of God, encourage hearts, strengthen faith, and point people to Jesus. By simply sharing her heart, she aims to encourage the God-given courage in others so they can rise up out of fear, use the gifts God has put in their hands, and fulfill the unique purpose, potential, and destiny God has for their lives.

Jenn Sprinkle

Jenn Jett Sprinkle is a dreamer, a doer and a champion of risk takers. When she is not running her graphic design business, she is encouraging women through her community, The Well Studio – a place where dreamers and doers who are weary and overwhelmed can come and be reminded of who God called them to be and walk confidently in that calling. Her faith has been tested time and again and proves the incredible power of the resurrection and the freedom that comes through it. Her heart is that we would all claim the same power and freedom available to us.

Lacey Dobrient

Lacey grew up in Memphis, Tennessee, where she graduated from The Hutchison School. She then went on to graduate from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, with a BA in Communications. She was a Group Leader in Bible Study Fellowship and attends Watermark Community Church. Lacey is married to Robert, and they live in Dallas with their two beloved daughters, Lilly Grace and Evie.
