Facebook LIVE chat follow up | Confidence Killers

Hi, friends!  Thank you so much for those that joined in on the Facebook LIVE conversation we had Friday. Loved reading the comments on what kills your confidence and diving into areas where we are becoming more and more confident of the Lord’s care over our lives. It’s good stuff ya’ll. I promised to hop on the blog and do a quick recap so here you go!

How do we build up Godly confidence that rests on humility and grace?

  1. Knowing the character of God and the fruits of His Spirit.
  2. Knowing the WHY to your relationship with Jesus.
  3. Give grace to yourself and others.
  4. Exercising big faith steps so you remain activated inside God’s will and not slayed to things like comparison, insecurity or jealousy.

As promised here is my go to scripture list when I need to renew my mind and build up my confidence in God.

Proverbs 3:26 | Ephesians 3:12 | 2 Thessalonians 3:4 | Hebrews 3:6 | Hebrews 4:16 | Hebrews 10:19

1 John 2:28 | 1 John 3:21 | Romans 12:2 | Psalm 51:10 | Isaiah 40:31| Psalm 16:8

As the Lord has been evolving this ministry into BECOMING the reoccurring theme runs through my veins…..In order to BECOME we must find spaces to GATHER, GROW and GO. And I have to have you beautiful friends in order to GROW strong in Jesus. I value you so very much. We are much better together, dear friends.

GATHERING up on Facebook LIVE seems simple, but God has used that space to be so fruitful for conversation and connection. Keep sharing and connecting in all the places we are gathering up like the BECOMING APP, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and The Intensives {upcoming dates and location announced soon!}. Excited over how God is growing upcoming opportunities we have to GROW more together.

Have a beautiful week! xo

  1. So wonderful to be reminded that my confidence does not need to be in myself…as I have always been lacking in that department. But my Confidence is in the King of Kings, Lord of Lords; He will keep me moving in the direction He has chosen for me, even though sometimes my feet want to stand still and wallow for a moment maybe a couple moments….
