{Here we are walking and raising our hands to Peanut Butter - forget the fact that my arm looks like Kermit the Frog's arm and just focus on this as a cute mom/dot moment if you can..or focus on my Shelby K's cutie toes. Love.}As my dots and I walked home from Pre-K pick up we were singing. {Peanut Butter on our underwear?! Oh what the hey, why not!}I like it, its a good little jingle. Kind of makes me chuckle every time I sing it. Which in today's heavy world I think is a good thing. Chuckling and peanut butter are good things. Silly is good, really good if you can identify it and embrace it in a day. Especially as "Momma Lou's." I watched our shadows cast on the pavement as we walked, my daughters and I, and couldn't help thinking of the chalk drawings in Mary Poppins. Kind of wishing that we could jump into a world made of peanut butter.....and just for the sake of yummy-ness let's make it chocolate too. Be silly with your kids today, Mommas {I'm capitalizing the "M" in Mommas cause we rock}. This weekend is for you, so make the choice to enjoy the role you play as you walk home from Pre-K singing silly songs about how much you love peanut butter {and chocolate} - you know it's true!Scripture Card Day today is perfect and so fitting - we are sharpening our swords for our kiddos."Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb a reward.
